Problem
I first needed to gain an understanding of the current user pain points, user needs and key jobs to be done by users and worked closely with research to gather all of the necessary user data.
Understanding Customers
I conducted several user interviews to understand the current state of affairs for key users. I used Miro to collaborate and sort all of my findings into user stories which I then prioritized into a short list of the most relevant needs.
