I first needed to gain an understanding of the current user pain points, user needs and key jobs to be done by users and worked closely with research to gather all of the necessary user data

Lacks necessary summary views to inform business decisions.

Too many steps to generate broader views.

Hard to utilize for answering revenue questions and lacking clear details.
Conducted several interviews with financial advisors to gain understanding
Outcome: Gained understanding of the users I am designing for and their needs. These side by side interviews allowed for creation and prioritization of key user stories and persona development.
